What we collect
When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to match you with a local tree company.
Calls are recorded
Calls to our number are recorded, including both sides of the conversation. You hear a recording notice at the start of the call, before the line connects to the tree company we match you with. California is an all-party consent state, so staying on the line after that notice is your consent. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up and use the contact form instead.
How we use it
Branch Pro San Diego is a referral service, so the main thing we do with your information is pass it to the independent local tree company we match you with, which then contacts you directly about the job. We also use it to respond to your request and follow up. We do not sell your contact information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the matched company and the vendors that run this site and our phone line.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful to visitors. It loads only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Until you do, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.
When you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, including _ga and _ga_<id>, used to tell repeat visits apart and measure how the site is used. These cookies last up to two years. Google processes this data on our behalf. We have enabled Google Consent Mode, so analytics stays off until you opt in. We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not sell it.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Analytics runs only with your consent.
You can opt out of analytics in three ways: click Decline on the cookie banner, use the Your privacy choices link in the footer to re-open the banner and withdraw consent at any time, or enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a decline automatically and never load analytics.

Call buttons
If you accept measurement cookies, we also use the OpenAI advertising pixel to report clicks on our business phone links as lead conversions. This measures a request to open your phone dialer; it does not confirm that a call connected. The pixel uses advertising and browser identifiers to connect conversions to ads. When automatic advanced matching is enabled in our ad account, the pixel can also detect supported customer information on the site and hash it in your browser before sending it to OpenAI. You can stop future OpenAI measurement through Your privacy choices in the footer. We also honor Global Privacy Control.
When you tap a call button on this site we record an anonymous count of that tap, noting only which page it came from and the time. This sets no cookie, stores no IP address, and contains nothing that identifies you. We use it only to tell which of our sites a phone call came from, since several of our sites share one phone number.
